Welcome to the

Chair of Energy Process Engineering

In March 2011, the Chair of Energy Process Engineering was founded in Nuermberg, as part of the Department of Chemical and Bioengineering of the Friedrich Alexander-University Erlangen-Nürnberg .

Our work, regarding research and teaching, focuses on the efficient use of conventional and renewable energies. The main topics consist of:

The EVT has a new research assistant. We would like to welcome Mr. Maximilian Weitzer! Mr. Weitzer will work with Carnot-Batteries in the working group Combustion & Gasification of Biomass. We wish good luck and work! Mitarbeiterdaten:

Throughout the last years, our chair takes part at the Hannover Messe. We are pleased to present you our fluidized bed and heatpipe technologies. We are looking forward to meet new institutes, companies as well as all other interested parties! You find us at Hall 2 / Stand 52.

The cluster around Ralf Möller, Martin Könneke, Alexander Probst, Michael Hügler, Markus Huth and our representative Thomas Trabold won the BMBF-workshop 'Culture Challenge'! We are happy to obtain one year of funding. Afterwards there will be the possiblity to apply for another few years of further...
