At the kick-off event for the EnerTECH+ project on May 21, 2026, in Hof, Alexander Feldner and Nora Elhaus presented a joint technical talk on the topic “Energy Storage Technologies in the Spotlight of Research, Regulation, and Implementation.” The presentation focused on current developments in battery, hydrogen, and thermal storage, as well as the future role of storage technologies in a renewable energy system. Regulatory frameworks and market potential for long-term and short-term storage were also discussed. The event provided a valuable platform for professional exchange among researchers, industry representatives, and regional stakeholders.
